Now you can create Automated Actions to streamline your workflow in Flexbundle. Are there follow-up tasks you would like to create every time your projects are late? Do you want to create a replenishment task whenever your inventory is almost over? Or do you want to standardize your client's onboarding process? These and much more are all possible with Automated Actions.
Automated Actions gives you the ability to easily create rules that put your time consuming and repetitive work in autopilot and, at the same time, freeing you to focus on higher value work. Say goodbye to the burden of keeping a mental repository of small yet critical tasks that need to be done on a regular basis.
Here's how it works
To create your first Automated Action go to Settings and select Automated Actions.
Create your first Automated Action by clicking "Create new"
When you click the button, you will start building a new Automated Action. Choose the workspace you want the rule to apply, a name and a description (optional) for it.
In the second step, you'll define when you want the action to be triggered and what criteria should be met for the rule to be applied.
Actions can be trigger immediately after an object is created and/or updated. Or it can be periodic, meaning that flexbundle will periodically run the rule every day, month, quarter, year, etc.
In the third and last step, you'll define what you want flexbundle to do. The possibilities are endless. You can create tasks, notes, objects and/or update fields.
